1. How long does it take for you to process an order?

We usually take up to 2 business days to process your order. If there is an inventory issue we will endeavor to notify you within a working day.  We do not ship on weekends.

2. What shipping options do you provide?

We offer both USPS and UPS but please note that USPS does not guarantee 2-3 days on their Priority Mail. On top of that, there has been many a time when their tracking page does not show the necessary update until the package has been delivered. Please understand that once a package leaves our facility, the responsibility is then in the hands of the carrier - we have no control of package information.

3. Are pouches and accessories seen in images included?

No, they are NOT. These are used in the photos to show mounting or setup options, for eg, on our TCCs and TDCs. Some of these are available separately.

4. Do you offer free returns?

No we do not, you are responsible for the return postage UNLESS it is covered under warranty.

5. Where are you products made?

All our products are made in our own product development and production studio in Saigon, Vietnam using materials sourced from locally, the US, Korea and Taiwan.

6. What happens if I need to return one of the products in a $200 (or more) order that qualified for free shipping?

If the product you intent to return brings the order total to less than $200, we will then have to charge you shipping. The shipping charge will be deducted from the value of the item returned.

5. Can I add a product or two to an order I placed?

Yes you can as long as the day as not been processed and shipped out.

6. Do we offer LE - Mil - Agency discount?

Yes we do! All we ask is for you to email use from your work email address or send a copy of your ID HERE.
